Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information bitbytetechie.com (run by Hari Hara Sudhan R) collects, why, and how it is protected. I collect only what is needed to run the website and the 1:1 sessions.

1. Information I collect

• When you book a session: your name, email, experience level, what you tell me about yourself, your LinkedIn profile (optional), the session, domain, and time you choose, and your time zone.
• Payment: payments are handled by Razorpay. I receive the payment status and a payment reference number. I never receive your card number, UPI PIN, or bank login.
• Feedback: your rating, comment, name, and role, and whether you agree to it being shown on the website.
• Contact form: your name, email, and message.

2. How I use it

• To schedule your session and send the Google Calendar invite and Google Meet link.
• To prepare for your session and contact you about it (rescheduling, refunds).
• To send one feedback request after your session.
• To show testimonials on the website, only if you explicitly agree. You can choose to stay anonymous. Your email is never shown.

I do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. Services that process your information

• Razorpay: payment processing.
• Google (Calendar, Meet, Gmail, Sheets, Apps Script): scheduling, emails, and feedback records.
• Formspree: the contact form.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and security.

Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and storage

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores two small settings in your own browser: your light/dark theme choice, and whether the site-name animation has already played in this visit.

5. How long I keep it

Booking and feedback details are kept for as long as needed for the sessions, for records required by law (such as payment and tax records), and to answer questions. You can ask me to delete your details at any time, except where I must keep them by law.

6. Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information I hold about you.
• Ask me to correct or delete it.
• Ask me to remove a published testimonial.
