1. How a session is delivered

• Sessions are 30-minute one-to-one video calls on Google Meet.
• Right after your payment succeeds, the booking page shows your confirmation, and aGoogle Calendar invite with the Meet link is emailed to the address you gave.
• The session takes place at the date and time you booked. Times are set inIST (India) and also shown in your own time zone while booking.

2. What you need

• A phone or computer with a working internet connection.
• The Google Meet app or a web browser. A Google account is not required to join.

3. If you don't receive the Meet link

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still not there within 30 minutes of booking, email [email protected] with your name and booked time, and I will resend it.

4. Feedback

About an hour after your session, you may receive one email asking for feedback. Replying is optional.
