These terms apply to the website bitbytetechie.com and to the online 1:1 sessions offered on it. The website and sessions are run by Hari Hara Sudhan R, an individual based inIndia ("I", "me"). By using the website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

• I offer online one-to-one sessions: Mock Interview, Resume Guidance, Career Planning, Doubts & Q&A.
• Each session lasts 30 minutes and takes place on Google Meet.
• Sessions give guidance on interviews, resumes, careers, and technical concepts in semiconductor validation, embedded systems, and IT.

2. Price and payment

• Each session costs ₹99, including all charges. The price is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). I never see or store your card, UPI PIN, or bank login details.
• A booking is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.

3. Booking

• You choose a session, your domain, and an available time slot, and give your contact details.
• After payment, a Google Calendar invite with the Google Meet link is sent to the email you provide. Please make sure it is correct.
• Rescheduling and refunds are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. What sessions are and are not

• Sessions are guidance based on my experience. They do not guarantee a job, an interview call, an offer, or any particular result.
• I do not share any company's confidential information or actual interview questions, and sessions do not include job referrals.
• Sessions are a personal, independent activity and are not affiliated with or endorsed by my employer.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details and join on time with a working internet connection.
• Be respectful. I may end a session, without refund, in case of abusive behaviour.
• Do not record a session without my consent.

6. Website content

Articles, guides, and other content on this website are for general information and learning. You may share links to them, but you may not copy or republish them in full without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

8. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you booked continue to apply to that booking.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
